A BASS IS NOT A BIG GUITAR
Longer scale, higher tension, heavier strings, and electronics that spend their life fighting hum. Plenty of shops treat bass work like guitar work with thicker strings, and it plays like it.
Our bench sets bass relief and action for the way low strings actually move, cuts nut slots for real bass gauges, and intonates on the strobe so the low B is not a suggestion. Active preamps, battery drains, and dead-spot chasing are regular work.
The RB bass is part of the Tatalias line, and the sales floor regularly carries basses, so this is not a sideline. It is stock in trade.

Full Bass Setup
Relief, action, pickup height, and strobe intonation set for your gauge and tuning, low B included.
Fret Level & Refrets
Bass frets wear wide and flat. We level, crown, and polish, or refret when the wire is done.
Active Electronics
Preamp swaps, battery box installs, and hum diagnosis on active systems.
Pickup Swaps
P, J, humbucker, and soapbar installs with heights set for even string response.
Nut Work For Bass Gauges
Slots cut for the strings you play, including drop tunings and heavy flats.
Structural Repair
Neck joints, cracked headstocks, and lifting fingerboards, same standards as the guitar bench.
